Olivier Award-winning Fishamble presents a special work-in-progress of KING by Herald Archangel winner Pat Kinevane, directed by 2019 Irish Times Best Director winner Jim Culleton. KING tells the story of Luther, a man born on the day Martin Luther King was assassinated, who only leaves his apartment to perform as an Elvis impersonator. Previous collaborations FORGOTTEN, SILENT, UNDERNEATH, and BEFORE, have been called BRILLIANT (Irish Times), EXTRAORDINARY (New York Times), STUNNING (Scotsman), DAZZLING (Guardian), and MESMERISING (Sydney Morning Herald). KING will premiere in 2023.
