PHILIP
Exhibitions / 17 Nov 2006PHILIP is a novel written by Heman Chong (SI), Cosmin Costinas (RO), Rosemary Heather (CAN), Francis McKee (IRL), David Reinfurt (USA), Steve Rushton (UK/NL), Leif Magne Tangen (NO) and Mark Aerial Waller (UK).
PHILIP is also an exhibition consisting of an ongoing programme of shorts by Dara Birnbaum, Juha van Ingen, Tina Keane, George Melies, Anthony Lucas, Otolith Group and Semiconductor and screenings of Samuel Beckett's "Film" every day at 3PM.

THE CHOIR
Exhibitions / 06 Oct 2006 - 04 Nov 2006In 2003 Factotum, a Belfast based arts organisation, revived a choir that had been founded in the 1950's. To understand what they had reincarnated they started a two year process of collecting memories and artefacts of the choirs turbulent history. On the 6th October, following a performance by the current choir, the materials were presented in an exhibition for the first time.

A live 8-speaker electro-acoustic diffusion of material generated from their research with the unique UPIC system at the Centre for Composition of Music Iannis Xenakis (CCMIX) in Paris.Russell Haswell (b.1970 Coventry, UK) and Florian Hecker (b.1975 Kissing, DE) first met in the suburbs of Vienna in 1996.

Exhibitions / 11 Aug 2006 - 23 Sep 2006'Make Your Move' took place on five billboards throughout Dublin city, the locations where Project Arts Centre, Cuffe St., Essex Gate, Tara St and Townsend St the poster where installed in exactly the same manner as billboards.
