TEDI Mid-way Evaluation – Questionnaire for Audiences and General Public

As Project Arts Centre has reached the mid-way point in implementing the policy; Towards Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (TEDI) it seems only right that your perspectives and experiences should be included.  

Evaluation is an opportunity to learn what worked well, and what was more challenging by paying attention to how others experience our efforts to change, rather than assuming.  Secondly Evaluation is also a way to advocate for change, to indicate needs for better resourcing, or new ways of working. Consequently, your honest feedback is essential and welcomed.  

The questionnaire should take about 20 minutes to complete. You can submit as much or as little as you like. All responses are confidential, and you will not be individually identified.
