This improvisation workshop/class invites the students to engage with their own personal movement vocabularies and their imaginations in new ways through applying various tools, challenging oneself and working through one’s own limit, meanwhile having fun and sharing one’s own dance with others. There’s much emphasis on embracing one’s own personal groove. It is a very physical and energetic practice, and most importantly fun and suitable for all dance enthusiasts with varying experiences.
