Top8 Street Dance Battle

The day begins with dancer registration. All dancers taking part in the pre-selections must register before competing. Come early, get settled and be ready for a full day of dance, music and exchange.

This will be a cypher led pre-selection, where the DJs continually play music and dancers express themselves, while receiving tokens to move on to the evening finals. There will also be 8 crews performing to be crowned best choreography.

The evening will then be followed by the finals. Tickets are available to buy for the finals from 7 – 9pm here.

Please note: if you hold a pre-selection ticket you will have access to the final battles.

MC & Rap Cypher

From 9PM until late | Upper Foyer & Bar

A space for MCs, rappers and music lovers to exchange, improvise and keep the energy moving until late. We will see MCees and Rappers from the 4 corners of the country come and verbally share in an improvised setting where the DJ is constantly setting the tone.

In Conversation – 5PM–6PM | The Cube

Beyond the battle, there are stories, histories and communities that shape street-dance culture.

Join us for an intimate conversation exploring the people, experiences and ideas behind the movement. Taking place alongside the TOP 8 Photo Gallery, this session creates space to reflect on street dance beyond the competition floor – its culture, creativity, community and evolution.
