Anne Tannam, poet and poetry pharmacist, will prescribe a poem for you, designed to help you feel better. Each session is ten minutes long, and pre-booking is essential. In partnership with Poetry Ireland.

- Please arrive 5 minutes before your allotted time
- You will have exactly 10 minutes with the poet, during which time, you are invited to tell her a little about yourself
- She will then prescribe a poem, which you are welcome to take home with you
- If you cannot make your Poetry SOS appointment, please let us know by contacting our box office
