Leo Hanna
Leo is an actor and playwright currently based in Dublin. Recent theatre credits include the role of Jerry Devine in JUNO AND THE PAYCOCK opposite Mark Rylance and J. Smith-Cameron, directed by Matthew Warchus; THE GIGGLER TREATMENT by Fionn Foley, directed by Sophie Motley in the Ark Theatre; MASTERCLASS directed by Conor Hanratty; and TOY SHOW THE MUSICAL directed by Seimi Campbell. His screen credits include role of ‘Ponytail’ in feature film COCAINE BEAR directed by Elizabeth Banks for Universal Pictures playing opposite Margot Martindale and featuring Keri Russell and Ray Liotta; JOYRIDE opposite Olivia Colman directed by Emer Reynolds; and the role of ‘Fergus’ in feature film ABOUT JOAN directed by Laurent Larivière alongside Freya Mavor and Isabelle Huppert which premiered at The Berlin Film Festival as part of the Special Gala Programme. He also played the role of ‘Almost Out’ in feature film WOLF directed by Nathalie Biancheri for Feline Films opposite George Mackay, Paddy Considine and Lily-Rose Depp which premiered at TIFF in 2021.
Finbarr Doyle
Finbarr Doyle is a theatremaker from Dublin. Let’s Try Swingin’ is his directorial debut. He has been working as an actor/writer for fifteen years, appearing in over fifty stage plays and co-writing eight. He is a co-founder of the Murmuration collective (Resident at Project Arts Centre 2024-2027). Most recently he appeared as John Paul in Guest Host Stranger Ghost (DTF24), and reprised his role in SUMMERTIME for Murmuration/Solas Nua for a run in Washington D.C.

Emma Dargan-Reid is an Australian actor, director and playwright and a graduate of The Lir Academy of Dramatic Art (Class of 2019). She recently appeared as Cordelia in King Lear at the Gate Theatre. Barry Simpson
Barry Simpson is an actor from Belfast and based in Dublin. He trained at the Lir Academy, Class of 2020. Since graduating Barry has worked with the Abbey Theatre on The Great Hunger (2020) and Joyce’s Women (2022). Passionate about new writing, Barry has taken part in several Research & Development periods and Rehearsed Readings, these include: My First Breath by Ruaidhri Carmody (Anseo Anois Theatre), A Trip to the Beach by CN Smith (The Baptiste Programme, Smock Alley Theatre), Dog in the Manger (Brian Friel Theatre, Queens University) and Let’s Try Swingin’ by Leo Hanna (Anseo Anois Theatre), amongst others. Barry is also a skilled voice actor, represented by Voicebank Voices.

Ben Waddell is an actor based in Dublin who trained at the Lir Academy. Stage credits include Hand Me Down The Moon at Dublin Fringe Festival (dir. Louise Lowe); Meeting Ghosts in College Park at Trinity 16:16 Festival, A Day Out as part of Testemonies; Balsamic Vignettes at Edinburgh Fringe 2016; A Life in the Theatre at Smock Alley Boys School 2017; Roderigo in Othello, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, and Banquo in Macbeth (Mill Theatre Dundrum 2021/22); Professor Micheal Hayes in Anu’s Staging the Treaty (2022), This in This That and the Other (Cork Arts Theatre) and Fortinbras/Rosencrantz in The Mill (2023). He worked with Anseo Anois last year in The Pride (dir. Emma Dargan-Reid). Most recently he appeared in The Misadventures of Oliver Goldsmith as Oliver Goldsmith (dir. Michael Ford/Bairbre Ní Chaoimh). Screen credits include The Man with the Hat (Official Selection, Galway Film Fleadh 2018), Red Rock (Virgin Media TV), Sad Clown in the music video for the Villagers’ So Simpatico (2021), Constable in Sherlock and Daughter (2025), Reporter in Wednesday (2025) and Gary Gibson in The Puzzle Lady (2025). Iris Liange is a Set and Lighting Designer who trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (Class of 2022) and The Lir Academy (Class of 2020), and is a company member of Anseo Anois Theatre. Design credits with the company include Paler, Still (Set Designer), The Pride (Set & Lighting Designer) and Let’s Try Swingin’ (Set & Lighting Designer). Andrew Kerr
Andrew is a sound designer and software engineer currently based in Dublin. He has previously studied Music & Media Technology at Trinity College Dublin, and is currently working in the video games industry. Previous theatre credits include ‘Let’s Try Swingin’’ (Scene & Heard), ‘Lost in Transmission’ (Scene & Heard), ‘Train of Fools’ (Scene & Heard), and ‘Eirwaves’ (Edinburgh Fringe). He has also contributed sound design on short films for Small Powers Productions.
Oonagh Wall
Oonagh Wall is a playwright and producer, and a founding member of Anseo Anois Theatre. Recent producing credits with the company include the award-winning productions of Let’s Try Swingin’ by Leo Hanna (Dublin Fringe Festival 2024) and The Pride by Alexi Kaye Campbell (International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival 2024). She recently worked with Four Rivers Theatre as Assistant Producer for the Irish and International tour of Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan. Previous playwriting credits with the company include KNACKERED directed by Katie O’Halloran (SOS Festival, The Main Theatre LA) and Paler, Still directed by Eftychia Spyridaki (Smock Alley Theatre).
