Co-created by members of the renowned French hip hop group Collectif FAIR-E alongside trailblazing Irish hip hop artists, this is a powerhouse event not to be missed. Experience the best of local and international hip hop talent with exhilarating cyphers and a showcase of short works and video exhibitions created as part of the creative labs running throughout the week.
Live DJs will then keep you grooving all night long, giving you the chance to show off your freestyle skills and share the dance floor with hip hop stars.
Celebrating hip hop culture and French-Irish exchange, DanceScapes 2024 marks the first time that Breaking will be included in the Olympic Games (Paris 2024).

DanceScapes Labs
Over four days from 14 – 17 May, hip hop artists from Ireland and France will come together to develop their individual and collective practice. Hosted by inspiring artists from Collectif FAIR-E alongside local hip hop legends, Jessie Thompson, Jessie O’Reilly and Tobi Balogun, participants will have the chance to learn, share, exchange and jam in a welcoming space that is all about creative expression, connection and community.
