Aimed at dance enthusiasts 50+, the class starts with a gentle warm up stretch, followed by creative guided improvisations and lively choreography that encourages the pleasure of movement. Participants will explore musicality, enhance stamina and coordination, and collaborate to create dance sequences—all in a relaxed, supportive, fun environment.
