AINDRIAS De STAIC
AROUND THE WORLD ON 80 QUID features the madcap adventures of Mayo born musician, TV host and actor Aindrias De Staic – aka Shtax.
Known for his wild energy, quick wit and musical talent, this exclusive radio recording will recall his no-holds-barred, no-script-trip of a lifetime as he spent a year busking, blagging, shagging, gagging, gigging, jigging, joking, and banging out the songs ’n’ tunes!
The man from Magooga already sells out venues worldwide so don’t miss your chance to see him live.
The first of its kind, Comedy Showhouse is a new festival of Irish comedy, featuring Sean Hughes; Deirdre O’Kane; Andrew Maxwell; Al Porter; Colm O’Regan; Fred Cooke; Amy Huberman; John Colleary; Foil, Arms & Hog; and many more.
Join us in the Space Upstairs for 8 days of live comedy recordings, which will be broadcast on RTÉ Radio 1 across 2016.
Each evening’s performance will be recorded as live and broadcast later as two separate half hour radio shows.
Meanwhile, downstairs in the Cube, meet the new stars of digital comedy or take part in workshops and live podcasts.
