Gina Donnelly: Gina Donnelly is a multi-award winning writer, and most recently was the recipient of the Solas Nua New Voices Award at Dublin Fringe 2024 for her play ‘Anthem For Dissatisfaction’. Her other writing credits include; ‘Two Fingers Up’ (with Seón Simpson), ‘Love Is Mortifying’ (BBC Sounds), and ‘What If We’d Stayed Angry?’ (Origins First Irish Festival). She was selected by field:arts as an Emerging Creative Producer in 2023 and has since done extensive work producing a range of shows, including the award-winning ‘Shame Show’. Her other producing credits include ‘Two Fingers Up’. ‘Scaredy Fat’, ‘Anthem For Dissatisfaction’ and No Touching Theatre Festival. She is one half of SkelpieLimmer Productions, and has a strong personal belief in the company’s ethos that serious theatre doesn’t have to feel serious.
Simon Sweeney: Simon completed his Masters at East 15 Acting School in 2021. He also trained at Lyric Drama Studio and Tinderbox on the Play Machine Programme. He has previously worked with Brassneck Theatre Company on their first ever pantomime, ‘Cinderella’ in 2023. His other recent theatre credits include Vection (Headrush Ireland), Callings & A Queer Céili at the Marty Forsythe (Kabosh Theatre Company) and Let us go then, You and I (Seón Simpson).
Emily Lamey: Emily, originally from Northern Ireland, has dedicated nearly 12 years to her acting career, studying in Belfast and Dublin while also working as a Yoga & Pilates Teacher. Her film credits include roles in U2’s Every Breaking Wave (MTV EMA), The Party (BAFTA nominated), A Fistful of Karma (13 Festival Wins) and The Glenarma Tapes (Audience Award – Belfast Film Festival). Most recently, Emily starred in Kneecap, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and received the Audience Award. She currently portrays Gwen Connolly in the long-running Irish Soap Fair City.
Tony Devlin: Tony Devlin graduated from Mountview Academy with an Honours degree in Acting. In 2007, Tony established Brassneck Theatre Company in Belfast. As Artistic Director of the multi-award-winning theatre company for the past 16 years, Tony has directed over 20 productions for the company and written 6 full-length plays. In 2015, Tony won the prestigious ‘Aisling Award’ for his contribution to the arts. Recently, Tony co-wrote and directed his first feature film, ‘The Glenarma Tapes’ for Village Films & NIScreen, which was introduced to the market at Cannes in 2023 and is due for release in the Summer of 2024.
