Do you know your employee rights?

Are you clear on employer obligations?

We have developed a Code of Behaviour so everyone working in the arts and creative sectors knows their rights, their responsibilities, and what services and supports exist when things go wrong.

We are running a workshop to support organisations and individuals to implement this Code, improve work practices and ensure creative spaces are safe. These workshops are part of SAFE TO CREATE, a Dignity at Work programme arising out of the Irish Theatre Institute’s Speak Up initiative.

Understand behaviours – Know your rights – Stay safe.

The SAFE TO CREATE programme is looking to effect change on the culture and practices of the creative sector. It is managed by the Irish Theatre Institute on behalf of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and in partnership with the Arts Council, Screen Ireland and Minding Creative Minds. www.safetocreate.ie
