The space for engaging with performance is shrinking fast. Critical coverage is disappearing, star ratings just won’t cut it, and online sharing is simply a speedy and cost effective way of talking only to ourselves. How about a fresh perspective?

The Young Critics are back. Get a different perspective on this year’s festival programme as 16 young people from across Ireland share their critical response in a session chaired by Dr. Karen Fricker.

Please join us for a very special artist talk with artists Jesse Jones and Olwen Fouéré on Thursday 5 July at 8pm where they will discuss their powerful collaboration on Tremble Tremble.

Arts & Disability Ireland will hold a series of information clinics to talk to artists with disabilities about Arts and Disability Connect, a funding scheme for artists with disabilities. Specifically targeted at individual artists with disabilities, Arts and Disability Connect includes new work, mentoring and training awards.

In conjunction with the Beyond Participation conference, Irish Architecture Foundation will run a workshop with Louise Dredge, Head of Creative Engagement with The Glass-House Community Led Design, a national charity dedicated to connecting people with the design of their places, and connecting design with people.
