Junk Ensemble and Project Arts Centre present BURSTING ALL THE DOORS
Built around Junk Ensemble’s production of Dances Like a Bomb, this publication explores movement and the ageing body, and brings together two strands of a creative engagement programme, designed and delivered, in collaboration with the company as part of Project Arts Centre’s Project Potential Programme 2022.
In both strands, we asked participants to consider several direct questions posed within the work, and these observations form the basis of the text threaded throughout the publication. The programme took place between January and August 2022 and draws on the participants’ experiences of childhood, culture, creativity and ageing.
