A beautiful, intelligent wife.
A glittering career.
Fame and fortune.
There’s just one problem.
Who is Sylvia?
Landmark presents the eagerly-awaited Irish premiere of The Goat or, Who is Sylvia?
Edward Albee’s startlingly funny, deliberately provocative play questions the boundaries of morality and the limits of tolerance.  It caused a sensation among audiences and critics alike on its debut in New York and went on to win numerous major drama awards including the 2002 Tony Award for Best Play.
The Goat, or Who is Sylvia? reunites the critically-acclaimed creative team – Michael Caven, Joe Vanek and Rupert Murray – that made David Hare’s Skylight a sell-out success last year.  Bryan Murray returns to the Dublin stage to play Martin, with Susan FitzGerald as his wife Stevie, and the first-class cast also includes Tadhg Murphy and Philip O’Sullivan.
‘outrageously funny’ – Sunday Express
‘cruelly funny …. darkly and savagely brilliant’ – Sunday Times
‘intelligent, superbly written, tragicomic and brilliant … see it if you see nothing else this year’ – Mail on Sunday
‘Some theatregoers will hate this play.  Many more will love it.  None, I suspect, will ever forget it’ – Daily Telegraph
