A radical reworking of a dance classic. Hoghe, journalist, writer, art critic, ex-dramaturge for Pina Bausch’s Tanztheater Wuppertal and choreographer, was born with a curvature of the spine and refuses to apologise for putting his body on stage.
Here he directly challenges our received notions of beauty and history in a work that is both starkly minimalist and heartbreakingly fragile.
