MIMIC

Julian Neary’s childhood talent for mimicry was his ticket out of 1980s Ireland. But years later his professional decline makes for a  sad homecoming, as the chaos outside starts to reflect the chaos within.

Performed by at a grand piano, Mimic is a dark satire exploring imitation, authenticity, and what happens to a nation that leaves its heritage behind.

Winner of the Best Male Performance award at Dublin Fringe Festival 2008, Mimic returns to Dublin for six performances only.
