The Ergodos Festival MMX is all about optimism. Consisting of two unique events, it integrates music from the Baroque with that of the present day.

Tradition meets modernity, with music by Johann Sebastian Bach, John Cage, Simon O’Connor, Jonathan Nangle, Garrett Sholdice and Alexander Harker. Experience Bach’s chorale melody Ich Ruf zu Dir, Herr Jesu Christ as never before as it is performed over and over again, reworked each time by a living composer.

Part of Ergodos Festival MMX. Ergodos is a music company based in Dublin and founded in 2006,it is curated and directed by two composers, Garrett Sholdice and Benedict Schlepper-Connolly. The company presents this annual festival as well as numerous other productions within Ireland and abroad.
