Disco-nnect(remix) is a guided walking tour around the south docklands that leads to a gig and a party. beginning at the river, the tour will transform this corner of dublin 2 into a playground; a garden of fun. Your guide will invite you to participate in party games, cheerlead you along, teach you the macarena, introduce you to one another and encourage you to run amok. In an age of reality tv, it is important to note that you’re only massive is on your side. They want you to feel good and won’t ask you to do anything you don’t want to. Part of We Are Here 3.0 Performance in the City Playful and thought provoking, the the performances in We Are Here 3.0 use cities and their people as source material. Open Call - Future Forecast: HAVEN

Celebrating 20 Years in the Big Blue Building

Exactly 20 years ago the new purpose-built premises of Project Arts Centre reopened amidst huge expectations and speculations on its capacities to live up to its artist-led ethos and continue its creative path dedicated to experimentation and radical practices. There were sceptics and critical voices addressing both the context of the development of the Temple Bar Cultural Quarter and spectacle-oriented, consumer-driven cultural production which some feared Project’s subversive spirit might fall prey to after its refurbishment.
