Rosa and Eric “disappeared” on September 11th 1973 during Chile’s military coup. That day their only son, aged seven, was taken from them. Twenty years on they are living as exiles in Paris. Rosa is a political journalist, Eric a psychologist. At a signing of her book, Rosa finds herself inexplicably drawn to a young man named Luca – an ex-patient of her husbands. Following on from the enormous critical success of their first production, The Country, HATCH Theatre Company (formerly ARClight) brings you another stirring and emotive drama – the Irish premiere of Blood by Lars Norén.
