The Blue Boy goes on tour

Project Artists Brokentalkers received a standing ovation for their award-winning The Blue Boy this weekend when they returned to Project for a two-night run.

Following its 2011 debut at Dublin Theatre Festival The Blue Boy has travelled to Australia, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. We’re delighted to have Brokentalkers back on home soil to tour this compelling work.

The Blue Boy deals with the experiences of men and women who were incarcerated as children in Catholic residential care institutions, combining startling choreography with live music, multimedia, and film, alongside recorded testimony from men and women who resided in Catholic care institutions.
