THE PUBLIC

Tickets: 14

In The Public, a Theatre director is met by his audience, who question the realism of his cross-cast production of Romeo and Juliet. Gradually the violence onstage takes a surrealistic turn, engulfing the audience and the world beyond the theatre.
Lorca’s honest and distinctively avant-garde work The Public unveils the masks that people wear, both in performance and off the stage. Directed and designed by Wayne Jordan
Produced by Róise Goan
Costumes Designed by Jessica Hilliard
