THE FIELD, LEAMY'S STORY

Tickets: 12

“This was our summer, the summer that changed everything.”

A story about growing up in the 90’s in small town Ireland. The Field, Leamy’s Story follows a group of young friends and tells the tale of teenage life, love and relationships in a rural community. As events unfold and a community comes under threat the teenagers are hit by the painful realisation that everything they know and take for granted could be shattered by one event.

A lively and energetic adaptation of J.B Keane’s classic tale of land, greed and violence in rural Ireland, devised and performed by The Gaiety School of Acting, Youth Theatre Company.
